Whitefish Seasoning
Mindy, me and Chaidi singing karaoke. Notice I am not too close to the microphone.
Mindy Lee, 2006
4 teaspoons dill (dried leaves, they are small and needle-shaped, like if pine needles were cut up)
2 teaspoons garlic powder (may sometimes be called garlic granules)
2 teaspoons onion powder (same as above)
2 teaspoons regular salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
THE STORY.
"My favorite magic herb recipe to use with any whitefish to make it taste awesome." - Mindy Lee
Mindy and I worked together at 944 Magazine. While talking about eating healthier, she mentioned this seasoning that she uses to season any white fish. I think it's wonderful and I make a batch and store it in a little tubberwear container to last a while.
