Rotisserie Chicken

Ground black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic salt
Wash the bird.
Lightly coat the entire outside of the chicken with each seasoning. Have one person hold the bird while the other one seasons.
Put the chicken in the rotisserie and cook for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
Turn rotisserie off and take out the chicken. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool. Then cut the bird and serve with your favorite sides.
