Applesauce Cake

1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
2 egg yokes
2 cups sweetened apple sauce, hot
2 cup flour
2 egg whites
2 teaspoons sode
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisens
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scant teaspoon all spice
Cream the sugar and butter thoroughly. Add the beaten egg yokes. Then add the hot apple sauce, beat well to prevent eggs cooking. Sift flour, soda and spices and add. Fold in the beaten egg whites, then nuts and raisins. Bake 350° for an hour in a bundt pan.
