Chicken and Rice

Preheat oven to 375. Spread 1 cup of rice on bottom of pan. Pour 1 cup water over or 1/2 cup wine and 1/2 cup of water. Mix together 1 can cream of celery and 1 can cream of mushroom. Spread this mixture over rice. Place chicken on top of soup mixture. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top of chicken. Bake at 375 for one hour covered, 1/2 hour uncovered.
