Caprese Bites

One whole tomato
Fresh mozzarella (we use the mozzarella balls that come in the container and are soaked in olive oil and seasonings)
About three sprigs of fresh basil
Cut tomato into small cubes (bite-size)
Slice mozzarella balls into four slices.
Wash basil and pull off the leaves.
Layer from bottom to top: tomato, mozzarella, basil. Place toothpicks through each caprese bite to hold them together.
Drizzle with olive oil before serving (I drizzle a little olive oil from the container the mozzarella balls came in - it has lots of seasonings!)
