Pork Chops, Rice & Gravy

4 – 5 pork chops
1 regular size can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk
Salt and pepper
A little oil
Lots of Japanese rice
Brown pork chops in a frying pan on the stovetop with a little oil. In a pot mix cream of mushroom soup and milk and simmer. Pour soup over pork chops in the frying pan, cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
