Tuna Noodle Casserole

Serves 6
6 oz. medium noodles
1, 6 ½ or 7 oz. can tuna, drained
1, 10 ½ gram can condensed cream of celery (or mushroom) soup
½ cup milk
4 gram shredded (1 cup) cheese – cheddar or American
Top with crushed potato chips
Cook noodles in water until tender, drain. Combine noodles with ingredients and ½ teaspoon salt. Blend soup and milk, heat thoroughly. Add cheese, heat until cheese melts. Add to noodle mixture. Put in a casserole dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered in hot oven (425°) about 20 minutes.
