Thai Peanut Sauce

1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
3 T. water
4 T. soy sauce
3 T. lime juice
1 1/2 T. Sriracha hot sauce
1 1/2 T. minced garlic
1 T. minced ginger
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix for a few minutes. Use as a marinade for meats or a dip for meats and vegetables.
