Chicken & Broccoli Fettuccine

2 chicken breasts, cut into about 1-inch cubes
1 package of fettuccine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 heads of broccoli, washed and cut and ready to go in the pot!
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
garlic powder to taste
onion powder to taste
olive oil
Boil pasta for about 10 minutes. Add the broccoli for the last 4 - 5 minutes. Drain.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken cubes until well cooked through. Add mushrooms and cook until they're well sautéed.
Stir in the soup, milk, parmesan cheese, ground black pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir often. Cook until the sauce is bubbling hot.
Put pasta in a bowl. Pour the chicken and sauce over the top. Mix well. Serve with additional parmesan cheese over the top.
